Can the odds be calculated?
Drawing one card from the 22 Major Arcana, the chance of a particular card is 1 in 22, or 1 in 44 counting which way up it lands. That is the chance of which card appears, and it is not the chance of a reading being right.
Because the same card reads differently with the question and position, an accuracy rate cannot be calculated. If a site advertises a percentage, it is worth asking what the number is based on.

Taking a statement that fits almost anyone as something personal is known in psychology as the Barnum effect. It happens with tarot readings too.
